Natalie Petroskey

Meet Natalie, better known as Coach Nat, a pillar of the community with a heart for the next generations. Over two enriching decades, she's devoted herself to serving our community's youth in various roles. With a coaching career spanning over 20 years, she's impacted students of all ages. Natalie served as a small group leader and children's ministry assistant, and now, she leads her church's Children Ministry program with her husband Steve. Natalie is also involved with the teenage youth in the community by mentoring and empowering them through bible studies, as well as mentoring them in their everyday lives.
Natalie is also the founder of Legacy Lacrosse and Legacy Leaders Academy. Upholding the commitment to nurture young minds that extends from 4-year-olds to 18-year-olds, both organizations are specifically designed to cater to each age bracket. Natalie is also a certified coach with Generation Youth, a program that's mission is to equip leaders of the next generation. Her dedication was recognized in 2022, as she was awarded the Tidewater Coach of the Year. Her previous service in the US Navy for 12 years further testifies to her strong character and commitment to serving others. It was then that she found her new path, laid out by the Lord, to serve children.
Natalie's key belief and guiding principle to engaging with children is to meet them at their level. It's encapsulated in her personal motto - 'meet kids where they're at, and be a light in their life.' Natalie also believes we are all made to be great and she lives, teaches, and coaches with the mindset of high caliber excellence! As a mother to three boys, Maximus, Marcus and Maverick, she expresses the significance of fostering a healthy, enjoyable learning environment for them and for all children. Alongside her success is her husband, Steve, offering unwavering support.
Inspired by a divine calling, Natalie co-founded Milestone Manor. The vision, to pave a new path for the next generations, a mission that will always glorify our Savior Jesus Christ.
